HOW TO APPLY
The Green School of Baltimore follows the enrollment period for charter schools as set by City Schools.
We are currently taking applications for the 2026-2027 school year. You can access the application at this link. The deadline to apply is Monday, February 2, 2026.
The lottery will take place 10:00am on Wednesday February 11, 2026 with an inclement weather make up day of Wednesday February 18, 2026.
INFORMATION SESSIONS
We will hold three Information Sessions in January for families interested in learning more about The Green School. We will post the dates of these sessions in October 2025.
Please note that:
These sessions are not designed as Open Houses, so please plan to attend the entire session.
Due to space limitations and the design of the sessions, we respectfully request that you do not bring your children to the session.
About the Lottery
If the number of children intending to enroll in The Green School of Baltimore exceeds the number of available spaces, students will be selected for admission through a lottery. During the lottery, names will be drawn by grade. Spaces will be offered in the order of names drawn, with every attempt to accommodate siblings. Remaining names will be placed in order of draw on the waiting list. If the number of applicants for a given grade does not exceed the number of available spaces, all applicants for that grade will be offered admission to the school.
